When we decided to move forward with the construction of our retirement home we had our existing home to place on the market for sale.  We had sold three previous homes through the traditional realtor process and were not interested in going that path again.  We wanted to focus on our new home and not be burdened with open houses, walk through by curious buyers vs. serious buyers, etc.  I was also traveling three days a week and did not want to burden my wife with the sale of the home.  So, we did some research and found your company.  You agreed to consider the purchase of our existing home and after our initial meeting we agreed on a fair and equitable purchase price.  The end to end process from purchase price agreement to closing on our existing home went great and was scheduled around the settlement date for our new home.  We were afforded time to focus on our new home without the distraction and pressure of selling our existing home.

Hey Jeff,

I had lost my car sales job and could no longer afford to stay in my house.
